Return Policy for Color of Authority

Thank you for shopping with Color of Authority! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- In their original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Sale items or items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at orders@colorofauthorityapparel.com to request a return authorization.
- Once you receive authorization, securely pack the items to be returned, including the original packing slip (if available).
- Please ship the items back to us at the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
